The school set consists of a CD-ROM that is loaded on your school network.
Being CD-based, almost all student traffic is confined to your own network, substantially reducing your Internet traffic costs. Computers using Chalksoft must run IE 5.0 or greater, Firefox, or the latest Netscape browser.

Chalksoft is priced by individual user. Chalksoft issues student logins and passwords in the quantities ordered by the school.
Individual logins are issued for one student only and are not transferable or assignable to another student. Students can keep the same login if they change schools.
